Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Herberger College of Business at Saint Cloud State University. He is recognized by OSHA for completing the 30-Hour Hazard Recognition Training Program for the Construction Industry. He also is a member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), the Society for Protective Coatings, and is a NACE Certified Protective Coating Specialist.
